SAGE Eldercare provides nutritious, home-delivered meals for older adults who are homebound, recovering from illness, or unable to prepare food safely. Beyond delivering healthy meals, our volunteers provide friendly visits and wellness checks that help seniors remain independent at home.
Home-Delivered Meals for Seniors
Our team of 100 volunteers deliver much more than a meal. They provide a warm smile, a friendly visit, and a watchful eye. Individuals who are 60 and older, frail, homebound, or disabled, are eligible for the program. Eligibility includes those individuals recuperating from an illness, those who are mentally or physically impaired, individuals without family or friends to shop for them, and someone requiring a special diet.
Senior Meal Delivery Service
A hot meal, which includes an entrée, fruit, vegetables, bread, dessert, and a beverage, will be delivered. Menus are prepared daily under the direct supervision of a registered dietician and are planned to provide a variety of nourishing and appetizing meals.

- There are no income requirements to receive meals through the program

Personal Grocery Shopping Assistance for Older Adults
SAGE volunteers can shop for & deliver groceries for Seniors! Individuals who are frail, homebound, or disabled, are eligible for the program.
Our compassionate Volunteers shop weekly. They take time to sit down face to face with clients before each shopping trip to help them create and organize a shopping list and discuss personal preferences, such as brands, sizes and other details to ensure an accurate shop!
